Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use set out the rights and obligations between SortiSpells (sortispells.com, [email protected]) and anyone making a purchase on the site. They apply to all services offered: tarot readings, spiritual guidance, rituals and other digital services. Placing an order means you accept these Terms.

My services are spiritual, esoteric and well-being consultations, provided for entertainment and personal development purposes. They never replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

To order, select the service, choose the option (Express 1 hour or Standard 24 hours) and provide the information needed for your reading. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Prices are shown on each service page before you order, including any applicable taxes. Your order is final once payment is confirmed; a confirmation e-mail is then sent to you.

All my services are personalised digital content, sent by e-mail as a PDF and available in your customer account. Nothing is shipped physically.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. My readings are digital content and services supplied straight away at your express request: by placing your order, you ask me to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once supply has begun, or once the service has been fully performed.

If your reading has not yet been started, write to me and I will review your cancellation request. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Payment is made online through secure payment providers (SSL-encrypted connection). I accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and, depending on your country, local payment methods. No card details are stored on my servers.

Your personal data is used only to process your order and prepare your reading. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes; only essential technical providers (payment, hosting) have access to it. More information: Secure Payment & Total Confidentiality.

For any complaint, write to me at [email protected]; I will reply as quickly as possible. If I cannot resolve it, you can get free advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of that jurisdiction apply.
